Not a bad article here, but for the following:

"His suggestion that Saddam had no illegal weapons means Saddam was involved in a gigantic bluff to shore up his international prestige."

Bluff? What nonsense. Didn't Saddam say there were no illegal weapons? (and Scott Ritter etc)

Dave.

In fact, Saddam said the opposite, that they had no non-conventional weapons. All the top Iraqi scientists now detained without charge by Iraqi pro-consul Bremer are saying the same thing.

Bush was horrified when Iraq allowed Dr. Blix's team in, so Bush and Blair had to sex-up all the flimsy "evidence" they had. We all know these were lies and that they knew this to be the case.

Blair is now in an "ends justify the means" mode who will be judged by "his maker". How insulting is that to the UK electorate?

Support GCHQ whistle blower Katharine Gun. http://www.guardian.co.uk/freedom/Story/0,2763,1095151,00.html
