Post Post subject: The Boston Broadcasting Corporation Reply with quote

Patriotism is dead in the UK.
Being a British patriot means being a Bush/Neocon, according to the BBC and the Bliar regime. This evening, after asking BBC News 24 viewers to send their reactions to Bush's "state of the union" reading, 17 letters from America were published on the BBC website compared with 7 from Europe-based correspondents. "A great leader" and "God bless America" were some of the more erudite comments.
Why pretend that Britain is an independent country any more when Land Rover and Jaguar are owned by Ford and when the latest RAF "precision" bombs require the US GPS navigation system for them to work at all ?
"Muck and filth everywhere" Station Commandant Kenneth More observed striding across RAF Duxford, with not an American in sight, in that finest of all war films, the Battle of Britain".
What will it take before England's establishment realises that its interests and those of America are the difference between good and bad ? Shocked
